Refund policy

Minerals Ayurveda offers a transparent and consumer-friendly refund policy, in accordance with
UAE consumer protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt if:
- The item is unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging.
- The customer provides a receipt or order number.
- The item was not marked as final sale or excluded from returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, email mdabusinessworld@gmail.com with your order number. We will assess
the request and provide a return authorization and prepaid label if eligible. Unauthorized returns will
not be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened skincare or cosmetic items.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Personalized or custom orders.
- Gift cards.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately. Report any damage or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with
photo evidence. We will replace or refund the item without charge.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment
method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the original must be returned and a new order placed separately.
7. European Union Residents
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, per Directive 2011/83/EU, with the same
return condition requirements.
