Shipping policy

At Minerals Ayurveda, we take delivery and logistics seriously to ensure a smooth customer experience both domestically and internationally.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. Processing delays may occur during high-demand periods or promotional events.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free for domestic UAE orders above a specified amount. For orders below this threshold or for international deliveries, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic UAE Orders: 3–7 business days
- GCC Countries: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days
These timelines are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number. Customers will receive an email notification when their item is dispatched, with live tracking links.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes based on the destination country's policies. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be charged for re-shipment.
7. Shipping Providers
We use reputed logistics partners and reserve the right to switch providers to optimize cost, delivery speed, or service coverage.
